Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding UAE weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping service takes 2-5 Business Days.  

High volume seasons, and own country regulations may cause delays.

Customs and import taxes
All international shipments outside the UAE may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Local delivery

Deliveries in the UAE are sent to the delivery office every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and the order is typically shipped within the next day from being received by the carrier. This means our order processing is done within 1-2 days of ordering, and shipping takes 1-3 days, making the total of days until you receive your order anything between 2-5 days. UPS carrier will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 


 

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping. International Deliveries take 3-7 Business days (excluding UAE weekends). Delivery Service is usually done during the day.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kyanite is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status through the UPS website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kyanite.ae with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We usually do not accept refunds, however orders are looked at on a case-by-case basis. If the item is excepted for a refund, it must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kyanite.ae with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges and returns are accepted 3 days from receiving your order, and the item must be be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will provide you with store credit of the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, to then be used to purchase an alternative.
